Pork BBQ Rub

Sorry no pics on this one. I tried, but it’s hard to get a good pic of a spice rub.  This recipe makes more thanyou should need for the average pork butt/should/ whatever it’s called in your neck of the woods.  So put whateveris left in a good air tight container and it should last for a while

  1. 4 tablespoons paprika
  2. 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  3. 2 tablespoons chili powder
  4. 1 tablespoon salt
  5. 1 tablespoon black pepper
  6. 1 tablespoon onion powder
  7. 1 tablespoon celery seeds
  8. 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  9. 1 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  10. 2 teaspoons cumin seed
  11. 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  12. 1 teaspoon coriander seed
  13. 1 teaspoon allspice
  1. Put the celery seeds, oregano, thyme, cumin seed, coriander seed and allspice in a spice grinder and grind into a powder
  2. Combine with the rest of the ingredients.
  1. add 1 tablespoon of date or coconut sugar (I don't think it needs it though)
  1. Stored in an airtight container this should last 6 months or more
